last time I ordered 4 of them was over $400 from Japan
They probably dont fall apart, discolor, and look like crap after one ride like prok filters. What makes them better then the other flame arrestors available state side?
Whose boat are they in?

The hot products (and Blowsion) ones should perform the same

They should perform the same but certainly will not stay together .
Nothing worse than pulling filter piece from your reeds on a beach day
Definitely not one of mine. Look at that sloppy silicone job around the flywheel cover and head. I couldn't sleep at night if my ski looked like that. Ha ha haAlmost certain it is one of @Wakerider26 s old skis.
I'm not talking ProK's the the hot products are essentially the same sans the metal top where the hot products or blowsions are clear plastic.
I've seen the same set on my buddies ski for over 3 years and zero problems. 100 dollars a filter is insane. I thought 100 dollars for two was bad enough.

I was thinking the same, all that money in parts and silicone everywhere! Plus that hose clamp threatening to wear its way through the plug wire.Definitely not one of mine. You can't put a price on reliability
