I like the JD plate. I've only ridden stock and JD, but the JD plate keeps the hull in line much better. It was a little wierd to get used to, bucked me off the highside a few times before i adjusted my riding. Makes a fun hull even more fun imo.

great input. i member had a shreadmaster for sale. so i picked it up. i should have it in 5 days. the plate i have now is a custom fiberglass plate that looks shorter than stock. so the ski is kinda squirly. but it works perfect for wave jumping.
