Who does custom driveshafts? / 155mm pump swap

Hi all! I posted this in the Blaster section, but thought I'd try it here, too. I'm trying to do a pump swap in a B1 project with a GP1200 pump. Do any of you know someone reputable that can modify a driveshaft? I've got the GP shaft that can be cut down as well as the original shaft that was in the blaster. Thanks in advance for any guidance!

Thanks, I tried them already. I tried getting the specialist 3 times, but could never get ahold of him. The other person I talked to said that they'd probably only be able to make me a custom shaft from the ground up and that would START at $800.

How about general opinions from anyone? The other option (aside from the one above) would be to cut a section out of the GP1200 shaft, then reweld it, or cut the shaft down and then have the splines machined in. Any thoughts?

Do you make them from the ground up or can you modify (shorten) my existing GP shaft? What kind of price would you charge?

I can do either.

I would need to see the offending parts before I made that call.

I am guessing it would be less than the $800. quote.

Where are you located?

As long as it would be possible, modifying and existing shaft would likely be cheaper.
