will a 700 wave venture pump and motor work in a RN

I know the motor will work, what all will I need that wont swap over to my 2004 SJ? I appreciate all the help.

would I be better off just shopping for a waveblaster instead?

Whats a 400 wave venture? Motor Yes. Pump, only the stator assembly of the pump. Driveshaft will be different, rear nozzles different.

You need to be more specific, do you mean a from a waveventure 700?

sorry 400 was a typo. yes a 700 wave venture.
i need a donor with a pump and motor i can use for my RN hull.

My buddy put the whole driveline from a vxr 700 in his roundnose, oem sitdown impellor , stock single carb 61x and all, and the thing freaking hauls ass. Seriously made me wonder what I was doing wrong with my ski.

The driveshaft and midshaft from a Pro vxr 700 do not work in a SJ, so he must have changed those. Just do not want others to think they are the same lengths and compatible as is.

What all do you have right now with your RN hull?

engine mounts. midshaft thats about it.

Pump prop, yep!
driveshaft, nope!
Wear ring, nope!
Nozzel, dont think so, been a while since i was under a venture.

Decent donor though, gets you pretty much everything.

I have used the sitdown wear rings by using a flat 1/2 bit to counterbore the side against seal and putting the bolts in backwards. Did it many times without issues. Use a socket on the counterbored side to hold bolt head and tighten the nuts on the outlet side. Save some $$.
