worth buying or not??

check out this link.. the guy says it doesnt start but turns over. the ski was working fine and from what he says just stopped making that beep beep sound when you start it and stopped working.. is this a major fix.. let me know what im getting myself into? or what i should ask him to get more info. thanks guys!

gotta factor in your taxes and exchange rate...if it were me I would probably try and find someting up here, you'll probably find you'll be into the same money once you get it across the border and than fixed. Jusy my 2 cents...pisgah is a good seller though...bought a boat from him last year for a great deal and use to race with his brother years ago.
