Worx.
I was wondering the same thing I run in glass water only and just screw around but it allways feels like the nose is too far in the water. I hear the works helps with this. Does anyone have any input on this. Also Works makes a concave and a flat version anyone know which would be best for smooth water.

worx is much better for buoys

If you are gonna buy a new plate I don't think you can get better than the Bullet Racing plate IMO
