Yes, it floated! It looked like they glassed the entire body and ran a snorckle type exhaust . It was a newer style f-150. They were testing to see if it would take on water. They had 4 bilges running around the body compartment

you should have said that at first I know that a Ford lightning will float. At least 50 feet away from the boat ramp on a windy day before you can get on your ski and start pushing it back to the ramp...

NO I was too busy trying to get my ski off of the hauler so that I could push the truck back to the ramp.... The picture is where my ski was strapped down....I actually asked for a camera before we hooked up the tow strap to pull it out. But the water never got more than a few inches in the cab. Those things are built tight. All it done was hydrolocked the motor but didn't hurt anything since the water hitting the rotors blades in the blower slowed the motor. And water in the transmission. The insurance rebuilt it from the ground up...new seat motors, window motors, wheel bearings, computer program, +6 pound lower pulley for the blower.. ported blower, cold air intake ... umm I mean they make it back stock like it was before....
We towed it to my father-in-laws garage he builds race cars...Shhhh!!!
