Hopefully you guys can come back down when it's warm and we have a ride planned. I was so exhausted upon returning to Winter Park, that I left my skis in the street for three days. We are 60 miles inland, and had a good freeze (30 degrees) Wednesday night. I had no idea it was that cold outside, so I bolted outside around midnight to move my skis inside to protect them. There was a layer of ice in the trays (water under them). Terrified me, for I know nothing of winterizing of course. I let them warm up a bit, and then cranked them for a moment. Not sure if I should have done that right away or not, but all I could think of was getting them warm.
Next time just hug them.

I felt guilty, because I always take really good care of them and never leave them outside either.
