Looks like it has a 44mm mikuni carb with K&N air filter (only way I know cause it looks like mine lol).

Looks like a great deal to me. Worth $100 just as a hull with a title. Might be able to get it running as is, but don't be too optimistic. Budget $1000 to get it back on the water (estimated price of a motor rebuild, repairing the electronics, rebuilding the carb and having the pump refirbished). Who knows, might not need another dime to run.
