XA-800 motor in a blaster.

Is this possible and easy. I have a xl 800 wrecked will i be able to put it in a blaster. meaning will motormounts match up????

the rear mounts match but the fronts don't. do a search for 66e or gp800 and blaster for more threads about it.

i have a couple bed plates left that will mount it for you. but you still need a pipe and carb adapter.

Frank in Ohio put a stock 800 in his Blaster with the stock pipe.

Is an 800 that much more. I dont really know if it will make my ski wake up that much. Do you have to pull out the stock bed plate from the blaster. Im thinking im just going to stay stock 701 factory b pipe. Thanks for all the info.

it's about twice the power of a 61x stock for stock.
