Blaster Yam 1100 blaster impeller question

It seems the hot ticket for these is a big hub skat c75 or Solas impeller, was wondering if anyone has had any success with using a regular hub impeller? And if so what brand and pitches worked well?

Not Looking for a call Impros response, I can do that easy enough just looking for some input from people who have tried some different options.

Would love to try and utilize what i have...currently I got...
Solas concord 13/16 -3mm reg hub
Skat swirl 13/18
Skat super slimline 15/19

Setup is a stock 1100 yami motor and a 144 pump.

Get a tach and load it to 6900 on glass with the stock CDI, this will take a steep impeller. An A/M ignition will allow more rpm which is what the smaller 144 needs for best thrust.

The stock Yamaha 1100 has 110hp@6500rpm so it would be comparable to a 701 limited setup and the Swirl impeller might be the best choice for overall performance. The Concord might have the best mid-range acceleration due to the pitch number, cut back and impeller weight. The super slimline is a good choice for top speed but won't have the same bottom end or mid-range as the other two props. If you find the Swirl impeller hits the rev limiter, you can always have it re-pitched to a 13/19 or 13/20 because the blades are much longer and will accept a much wider spread progressive pitch angles.

Thanks zero, that's awesome info and what I was looking for. I know I've ran the concord in a big bore and it worked well. Looks like I'll try what I got before spending more money.
