Yamaha Credit/ Title questions?????????

Unfortunately I am looking into selling my ski but had some questions I was hoping you guys could help me with.

I still have a balance on my Yamaha line of credit for the ski, so..... Question is, how can I sell the ski if I dont have the title since I cannot payoff the credit until someone would buy?

Any help would be great!

you would have to make a deal letting the buyer know that you have to pay off the balance with the money and you would have to mail him the title after you get it. it could take a bit of time so you will need a patient buyer that is willing to trust you. thats the only way i have ever seen sales like this done.

Thats what I was guessing, maybe get a notarized bill of sale to ease their concerns while they wait for the title would help? Thanks

notarized bill of sale and written/signed gaurantee stating that you will pay it off and have the title forwarded to them.

you cannot write a bill of sale on something you don't have the title to.just a promissory note at best.
if buyer trusts you,he can pay the payoff directly to yami,they'll in turn send you the title then you may transfer.
all of this done before a notary of course.
