Usually you can tell if a cylinder is race ported by looking at the material that is between the top of the exhaust port opening and the surface where the head bolts on. On race ported, the ports have been raised so much that there isn't much material left there. I had one of those cast R&D and sold it since it was useless to me. Yours does not look race ported from what I see but it's hard to tell from those pix. Mine was non powevalve too and it would be unimaginable that somebody would raise the ports on that when that's what the power valves do.
