Super Jet Yamaha Superjet Helmet Cam Video!! Blowsion Tubbie Destroyer review!

Here is a link to my video!!
I recently have started riding more slalom course style than freestyle with my 2007 Yamaha Superjet! Because of this, I have purchased a worxs dominator ride plate, worx intake grate and blowsion tubbie 2 destroyer sponsons. My review.......

I installed the ride plate and intake grate first. After riding I did notice a improvment in hook up from the intake grate, I also noticed the worx dominator ride plate helped to keep the nose of the ski down on accelleration. These two things were good but as far as actually making turns, not the improvment I was looking for. Trying to hang with SXR on a buoy course with a 07-superjet is a tall order!! After talking with John at Blowsion, I decided to throw down the cash a pic up a set of blowsion tubbie destroyers. Install was easy on the L.H. Side, Not quite as easy on the R.H. side because of the fact you have to remove the gas tank... But not terrible.
Apon first riding, you definatly notice the weight of the sponsons on the front of the ski. It did stay nice and stable on high speed runs, but hunts for a side to lean on when off the gas. Now for the fun part! Turning with the Tubbies is amazing, You can lean over farther and cut so much harder its crazy! Makes riding in rough water so much easier!
Money well spent IMO!! :bananajump:

I just got an 07 superjet and I have done the grate/plate already. Looks really smooth in the video, mine is still porpoising a lot at higher speeds. Did you have to drill the hull to install the destroyers? Also what handlebar width is that? It looks a lot wider/better than my stock one.

Thanks,

Andrew

I have a works D cut dominator ride plate. You do have to drill three small holes in the hull to install the destroyers, Very Simple install. The handlbars are blowsion 4* That I actually cut 1/2" off from each end.
