Zeeltronic with Charging Flywheel: What happens to the AC Current from Charging Coil (not the Lighting Coil)?

To clarify:

OEM Lighting Coil (2 Green Wires) >Voltage Regulator/Rectifier>Battery

OEM Charging Coil( one Blue and one Brown Wire) >Zeeltronic

The OEM Charging Coil is the one that originally supplied Current for the Spark Plugs via CDI>IGNITION COIL>SPARK PLUGS

Now the Zeeltronic CDI is powered directly by the Battery.

What happens to the AC Current produced by the Charging Coil?

No current is produced because it is an open circuit (not connected to anything).
