Very happy with my trailer setup now. Had a few past incidents with my trailers so I decided to build something that properly fit the skis I'm hauling. I ride an Fx1 and between a blaster and superjets on the other slot on the trailer.
The trailer I started with is a 1998 zeiman single place trailer with storage box. I started my build by simply cutting off the bunk mount tabs and removing the winch tower. After that I mounted the box inside the frame rail by using angle steel and then bolting it to the trailer frame.
My main issue was that I carry my fx1 alone more often than not, worked great for just my fx1 on the driver side to and from California as well as plenty of lake trips I shore launched.
