Costco does the haggling for you before hand. For instance we where looking at Hyundai's and through Costco the price is set at 500$ over invoice. I believe it is the same with GMC. Not sure about other stealer err dealerships.

What I meant was that "low, pre-arranged pricing" means the price is fixed and you won't be haggling it any further under this deal.
If it's that close to invoice though, that's a good deal.
