Thanks to Nick and everyone that helped.:woot:

First major freeride I've ever been too and it'll definitely be a hard one to top.

The cool part about all of this is that it shows that the sport is definitely growing. Events like this are HUGE for the sport. As great as this event was I bet Daytona 2007 will be even better.:woot: :hail:

....and daytona 2005 will smoke 2006!!!!!!

:haha:

dont worry, we knew whatcha meant.

Awesome, Nick is the man.

Lanier last year was unreal, and this just blew that away, so now it's time to top it again.

I'm speechless. Apart from the fact that I didn't stumble across a priceless artifact in the sand as I had hoped, boosting me to fame and fortune, I really don't think this weekend could have been any better. Nick - you rock, and everyone else who helped. The sponsors too - they get a big piece of the credit for the $13.5k we raised for the Junior Lifeguards.

This sport rocks - where can you have more fun with nicer people than an X-H2O freeride? :woot: (Not counting Lollipops of course - that's different....)

Just plain me....
As always...Nick comes thru for another great event. It has been said over & over, but if you've never been to Daytona, you just don't know what you're missing. There's no explaining the atmosphere - other than I love waking up to the smell of the ocean breeze & two-stroke exhaust in the morning:arms:

Gotta love it:cheer:

Nick, thank you again for such an awesome time:hail:

The Good Old Days
Just stumbled home and can't wipe the smile off my face.
This event kicked serious a$$ and did so much to improve our image in the community.

I lost track of how many older people came up to me today sad that they missed out on seeing all the great tricks. They heard from a friend who heard from a friend..........that there was an awesome show at the beach and wanted to see for them selves.

Thank you Nick and all who helped to make this event great. That includes all who attended, you were all great ambassadors to the sport.

Nick, you are a class act. :hail:

Thanks again Nick. The cherry buster was a great idea man and I was not pushing myself. Their is nothing like standing on the beach and hearing, "on your mark, get set, GO!".

It made me try it and for that I can't thank you enough man.

Well, thanks for the props, but I really didnt do anything for the event but a little cooking once SBT packed up and hit the road...No biggie to me, I usually do that at every region 7 race for all of the close friends and family.

When absolute legends in our sport like Eric Malone, Mark Baxter and Doug Silverstein have their jaws on the ground and are raving about this event, you KNOW you've done something important and impressive.

Nick, I'm in awe. Plain and simple. Thank you so much!
