Can you buy individual crank components like pins, tapered shaft, etc.

I'm sure I'll never do this, but i was thinking about cranks and how the webs aren't really that difficult to machine (just bought a new CNC mill so I've been thinking about a lot of this stuff). Does anyone know if you can buy the pins that go between webs and the input/output shafts. the input/output wouldn't be that hard to make i guess but the woodruff slot would be kinda a pain and single point threading the output shaft would be a real PITA. Also, how about a source to buy the rods and bearings?

Again, pie in the sky idea, but figured i'd ask....

I ran WSM Crank for several years. This is when I was competing in AM Freestyle, So during this time I was riding the most and hardest I have ever ridden.... 3 Good years out of it.

No SBT stuff is questionable, I have never had an issue with a WSM piston, crank bearing or connecting rod-rod bearing and I have been running their stuff in customers engines for 20+ years, if there were parts issues they wouldsurely have shown up by now. I did have an issue with their Yamaha power valves and some of their Seadoo power valve housings, I called and discussed the situation with the owner, he took care of it and redesigned the parts.

Oh right I was mixing up acronyms lol. I need to go look at a crank. I’m wondering if the flywheel shaft and output shaft are part of the outer webs and not pressed in.

The parts of the crank that the flywheel and PTO attach to are made into the crankshaft webs as is the center pin that holds the inner flywheels together, the only replacable parts on the crankshaft are the rods, bearings and the rod pins. I used to rebuild some Seadoo crankshafts in house to save turn around time, truefully it didn't save a lot of money especially when you figure in thelabor time required to break the crank down, reindex it and true it back up.
