There is a technique to the one hander. Be very careful that you only remove the left hand from the bars when doing a one hander. If you remove the right hand, the ski mysteriously looses power and gets very scary.

When doing a "kneely", make sure you have plenty of room around you incase things get hairy. I prefer to do this awesome trick in the Pacific ocean.
