hey bud, im chopping my square nose up as we speak, ive pretty much dont the same as yourself on the nose, how did you find it for strength around the pole mount area etc? How many layers did you make the nose piece out of? cheers kevin

If it can't be fixed with a hammer, it's an electrical problem.
