you probably don't want to change brackets .....but spigot mounted tubes on the bracket & the underplate seal well.

those old pro-series 2 are single channel, a multi channel system uses an individual pick-up and individual single tower coil for each cylinder. On a single channel system you can just use the normal stock standard coil if you wish,

if its a single channel TL system and producing a normal spark on at least one cylinder, then the problem will most likely be in your coil , spark plug lead(s), or the spark plug(s)

131mm cylinder height would probably equate to a 8mm stroker crank running long rods (133mm kawi rods) , with normal yamaha dome pistons (as opposed to kawi flat tops)...port timing calculator with those specs gives exhaust opening timing around 85deg
