look at the pic with the lines on it ,before the cutting.thats where I cut and I cut some out of hand pole valley,its easy,I seen other home made,and ya ,thanks mine looks good.best of luck.

no foam,it melts. use tin foil to help form things.check my pics ,its all cuts to do hood.made forms for nose peice,gel-coat with a release agent.
