PLD makes very nice poles and you cannot beat them for the price. He can make it to your liking and have it powder coated to a color of your choosing.

I have several 550 Eboxes and Stators. All are 100% functional and have no cut wires unless specified. I do have one stator that's cut but was removed from running ski see pic below. I gotta bunch of other 550 parts so if there's anything else you need lemme know! Ebox- $70 shipped Stator- $50...

Double check all connetion/grounds. Like stated above, cut back the plug wires (make sure you don't cut off to much to the point where the wires no longer reach). It is possible you damaged the coil. If you end up needing one PM me I have some.

I have a newer box and stator. You could swap out the pair and be done. Lemme know if interested.
