Sounds good, that is what i figured.....

have a SN with a 701 and a R&D head. The orings are bad and I am replacing them, but there was no gasket other than the orings for the cylinders. Gasket maker OK to put around the water jacket edges (outside edges of the head) so i tis not metal to metal with the top end.

Basically you disconnect one of the 2 pissers, and it routes the warm/hot water up to your hands for when the water is really cold. First time I saw this in action, they are disconnected now because there is no need for it. Neat idea tho.
