use a 5/16 drill bit to drill the caps out. Once the drill bit breaks through the end of the cap the cap will spin and pull right out. Works every time and only takes about 10 minutes to get all the caps off. Obviously be careful not to drill into the adjuster screws but they are set pretty far...
