There's magnetic templates you can get and you can do the porting yourself. It woke up my engine quite a bit on the bottom end. So definitely port it and run 180+ psi

I am also only running a protec pipe which is for high end but I made it work. I have my motor so dialed in and I can't get any more bottom end but I will be going lay down pipe, twin 46's and probably going to get a new cylinder and go 760 or bigger. I'd like to get up an 850 and then it'll...
I'm running a hand ported 718 (82mm) 62t with a single mikuni 46. Oem 155 with skat 6/12, reduction nozzle bored to 90mm. I ride all surf and it plenty for me but I'd like a little more bottom end so I'm going to go twin carb and bigger pipe soon and should be perfect. It is very critical that...

So I see you flipped it and re tapped. Can I just flip it and not have to retap it? And I'm also gonna run the OEM trim ring.

I've seen a lot of people just re tap the factory cooling port on an OEM 155 pump. I don't have my hull yet to check for clearance but I'm trying to do something productive while I wait lol. Anyone running an OEM 155 pump on a rickter? Some tips would help. Thanks
