Yes I have a clue to what I need to do, but I run in to another problem, and had a 144pump from a 93 Superjet, and test fitted it, but it was a bit short from closing firmly against the pumpshue. Idea's on why and fix fore this? New seelgasket ore is there other impellerhousing?

It's a bit ruff, especially that blade that's worst. If it's 144? You mean that it's worn down and missing some millimeters?
