Yes my nose peice is taller than my hood but it is first draft too, I'm using leftover scraps from bathroom renos. Sounds like you've got yours coming along though. Mine mainly sticks up because of the hooks for the hood

nostril lol. i bought it used a month ago (july 2nd to be exact) will a bunch of stuff on it already, otherwise i wouldn't have done it, this hasnt happened to anyone else?
sweet! get some of those hull reinforcements too if you can! also are you going to clean the inside and paint the inside? i just see a bit of crap in the bottom there that could be cleaned out
