I have a 62t non pv 4mil and if anything idle flips are challenging. Lol do i have to say this in every thread. Bigger isn't always better. It only takes 2" to hit the G spot! If you know what I mean.
my point being is spending 1500-2k on a bigger pump Gona yield that much dif. For me no. But I don't compete and I'm also not rich. I haven't been impressed w some bigger pumps for the money you spend.
there's a technical database that shows peoples setups. can always compare off that. I run oem 144 with hooker 10/16 876 4mil nonpv novi 48's msd enhancer, lighten oem flywheel. all about how you like your setup and how quick u want it to pull to the red. ive rode setups w dif pumps for me u...
yea probably 6-8mil gap. ive had broken mounts before and never noticed the couplers getting hot. ill look over the alignment again its gotta be the problem. i rode about 3 miles to a hangout and i noticed it the worst.
my shaft could be pressed back out too my coupler gap is getting big. Ill mess with a few things and try again. theres to much friction somewhere in the line
i have a crank works billet crank +4 stroke in a jetworks yami engine. Im running kawi couplers. im new to them and it def vibrates more. My question is about heat. Do they run hotter than oem? my engine cases & block stay at a good temp but my couplers are hot as hell. LIke the crank is...
for anyone thats cares or is worried had my chan out for 3 days and dual scupper w/o foam works great. Skis floats nice stays dry. I didnt have one problem with water. my biggest problem was holding on. First time out this year, little sore but had a smile the whole time out. also blew my rrp...
i just had the first few days on my carbon kev chan. hands down the best ski ive ever owned or ridden. dont have one thing to complain about. I have an 876 jetworks w b pipe and it has way more than enough power for any trick. Backie chan is really an awesome hull at affordable prices
Picked up my hull yesterday. Got home and started working on it at about 4pm. so far im about 12hrs deep and just about got it rapped up. I ordered a visual hull and i can say its the best visual work i have ever seen on am hulls. Very clear and vivid. My xft was close but the chan takes the...
ive had hose pop off. It was my fault. I try to double check everything. never had any major problems. i wouldnt be in ocean surf with a setup like that. Places i ride arent usually a threat. Need a couple good scuppers tho. I thought steve said epic, but i saw xmetal on addicts chan. well see...
Thats awesome man. cant wait to open her up. Foams just dead weight. first time i rode one without foam never went back. NOW a foamed ski feels like a ton of bricks in the tray. IM mostly flatwater tho occasionally I'm in the great lks w 4-6' surf. well put her to the test.
