possible, how do you check and how do you correct?

When cruising my 2014 SJ at full throttle for about a two minutes the engine just dies out, float for a couple of minutes and starts back up and goes. Can ride all day long with no issues, trying to figure out what could be causing the engine to fall flat? changed fuel filter, etc....

I'm sure the people who tried to pull it all together will come up with an alternate plan, I have a Brig Beach Permit and a Raptor to help out if needed!!
