Its what I ve done, tape on mold and weight it after done again with fabric only . The difference was 1,550 kilogram Mix 2 kg resin Left 0,400 kg in mix pot Catch 0,350 kg in resin trap pot loose some in spiral , mesh So I use 1,250 kg After unpluged the part and weight it, my external hood...

Ok , unpluged was very hard, I think my green mesh is too heavy, I suppose is for made 45 feet boat hull ..... But for the first time , its ok , not 100% , some bubble in angle (suppose my mesh doesn’t push freely ). I m not use gel coat, too long and more easy to check the infusion result and...

Ok today is a big day.....first infusion I m so happy its works very fine , almost 2mn to infuse it , dont need 2 hours to make one . Just need some valve upgrade. So like airblair says , i put 50/50 ratio resin/fabric + 20% for security..... dosent need for next time, it took 45% resin/55...

Yes , I prepare some more resin I need , to be sure that enought and after I use the rest of resin on small parts mold in hand layer ..... resin is expensive ahahahaha.

I m just starting and trying my first part with infusion system. For now, its very cool, take my time to cut and positioning all fabric layers, mesh, vaccum bag.... So I m not very sure about the real ratio between resin and the total of the fabric weight . Could you help me , before the launch...
