Was able to test the 85mm reduction sleeve. Bottom end was gained back and made the steering feel a bit more normal. It felt like I had the original bored out nozzle until I pull the trim lever. For guys installing this on a small bore, it might be worth looking into getting it sleeved down.
It is used, but was on my buddies ski. I machined an 85mm sleeve out of some urethane tooling plastic and epoxied it in. I remeasured the turn nozzle and it averaged 87.3mm so I'll leave that alone.

With the spark plugs out(grounded of course) you can turn the motor over using a drill on the flywheel nut. There should be little resistance and be able to spin fast enough to spark. I also find my own tdc and put some tape on the flywheel to mark tcd and around 20 degrees btdc. That way...
You can verify the timing by turning it over with the flywheel cover removed and using a timing light. I had a 550sx that had compression, fuel, and spark but wouldn't start. An aftermarket stator coil was installed and the timing was 90 degrees off.
