Get rid of that "5th mount". Ive seen that rubber wear the bottom of sj hull super thin before. Oem couch mounts for the win. I had rhass mounts, broke them several time, they replaced several times, then i sold the new set for oem. I thought rhass or aftermarket mounts increased vibrations...

i agree, this is what the plan going forward is. These i already have molds for, so just wanted to put it out there knowing rrp stuff is unobtainum at the moment. I could also not trim the open air intake area so buyer could drill holes instead of having a big open cavity.

i recently made a air vent scoop mold for a boat i was restoring. Figured it may work good for jetskis too, so im just throwing this out there and seeing if there might be any interest. I am looking to mold another lower profile style scoop soon as well. height ~ 2.5 inch width ~ 6.5 inch...

cdi is interchangleable, any cdi will work. Need to run proper stator with flywheel tho. Problem is either cdi or stator most likely. Start/stop switch could do that to i think.

Clean all oil out of the bearings with a carb cleaner and compressed air, then spin them.

really no chance of using a round nose hood on a square, the hood sealing perimeters are very different. Not to mention hood to hull seams would be a mile off.
