Jon had time off from work and wanted to build something with his own hands. I let him build out of the molds. Ski was still made with VE laminating resin. Nothing wrong with it structurally, just not the fit and finish one would come to expect from our normal builds. The ski is very strong, I...
With great sadness, California Freestyle will stop making glass model skis. They’ve been our bread and butter for years but with resin increases and new tariffs placed on aluminum, our entry level ski cannot be produced in an affordable manner. Most of our focus will be on flat water comp skis...
We’ve been trying and trying and other hull manufacturers will agree this is the hardest thing pull off. I’ve finally learned a little trick to the infusion process that lets us produce a full visual carbon epoxy ski. No more fading black or elaborate paint jobs to hide blem spots. Obviously we...
2 kits left at introductory price. Kit is proven Zylstra competed 2017 on this kit and pulling timing at events that had weather 105+ took literally 2 min. Adjustments are that simple. For longevity, my personal ski has had it for two years. I’m sure everyone has seen the videos of my little...
Well before I start a new thread, I’ll start here as there is a lot of info of where the original jstl kit was started. As stated above I have taken over jstl. Against @x2stroker wishes I will be changing the name to CPI, competition programmable ignitions. The cdi concept from the original jstl...

A great analogy for this ignition thing would be hulls. Mr. Malone made made the first one. Does that mean we all owe something? Same thing here, an idea by someone else , was perfected and taken to a different level. The argument of who thought or did it first is irrelevant as we are bringing a...
I know u see wires and a black box, but let me assure you that’s the only think they have in common. I’m trying to help u save face, from being publicly proved wrong. Good luck
Kind of, I still owe a really smart person my life for his knowledge and this opportunity to bring a product to the next level, where it needs to be @x2stroker
Inexpensive has problems, trust me. Quality parts make for a better kit than current big dog. As far as rebranding, like normal ur wrong again. This cdi was specifically designed for this application and is proprietary. Good luck trying to cheapin it up. U will have the same problems as the...
