Awesome. Does that ski only accept the 155 pump or does it have a 144 pump shoe in it?

Ahhhh very nice. Was kind of hoping it was a carbon model. How was that ski for riding? I've never rode one. I have my BOB gen 2 and I know Derek completely changed up the entire hull

I ran one with my 10 mm 865 and my 735. Sounds nice. Never ran it with a power factor pipe though. Just Riva red and Bpipe blaster limited chamber. Couldn't tell any gains from it but sound is nice tone and it fits on the side of your hull very well. Nicely made box

Installed new pickups and and ground down the lock nuts that were pushed through the plate. That gave me almost .030". Clearance is all good now. .056". Changed out Bendix with a good used one I had and no rubbing on starter gear anymore. The new bendix was almost .090" longer...

And yes wetbufalo I made sure my south and north poles were facing the correct direction per MSD

Sorry, yes I'm at .060 now, but my magnet is now flush with my flywheel. The new one I had to epoxy in. When first installed unit even without shims I was at around .030". It was like MSD didn't install the original magnet correctly

But I still don't understand why even without shims behind the pickup coils am I still below spec on air gap

Yeah I thought about doing that. The way they have the MSD grommet the holes are really far apart.
