I had one also , EXTREMLY hard to breathe ..and do not '' laugh'' thats very painful ...... MAKE sure you watch the level of water in the'' chest tube water checkvalve'' they place on the floor, most of the regular nurses will overlook the fact that it '' must '' be kept at a certain level...

The 120 amps the ETX-9 puts out is ''cold cranking amps'' is measured at 0 degrees Fahrenheit because at that temp all batteries are operating at 50% capacity , and thats the minimum it must put out at that temp , at 70 degrees that battery will still put out at least 200 amps im positive...

Deka etx-9 is good .. its a nice weight savings from the stock size yet not so small that it wont do the job when needed ... fair price too

Your not alone , It happened to me on the beach at Waverave 2013 and it was no fun wrenching in the hot sun, in the sand, scrounging for parts in august ! Im glad you can fix it before the ride ... no tiime was wasted , have fun
