Maybe put a timing light on it and make sure your timing is right?
- You can mark the rear coupler and the back of the case with a tdc mark.
-Or cut an old stator cover so you can read your timing on the front of the case. Get a variable curve timing light and just set a flat curve at like...
It was on my old 1200. I ended up putting one spark plug in the rear spark plug hole in the head. It helped speed up the crank then I got spark. Not sure why that helped though?
Make sure your spinning at least 200 rpm, otherwise it won't spark. I ran into that on my jstl total loss.
You can hook your laptop up to see what rpm your spinning
Yep, I just found that out too when I was sending my flywheel out to PFM Industries. Alex said the two lump has the best results for lightening the flywheel if I remember right.
I had that happen with a different coupler. You may just need to chase the threads of the coupler with a tap, unfortunately. You could see if ADA can take them back and chase them for you?
Sorry to hear about the set back
