Haha sorry for going at a snails pace. For as much as I've spent on this build I don't see any reason to just slap it together and not pay attention to detail. I'm pretty particular with my stuff. I really only work on it one day a week.

Cut the tray out for my foot strap inserts
Used chopped glass and thickened epoxy to hold them in the tray.

Even though the threads are straight it can still be pipe thread. I have some. 1/4" billet plugs and I was trying to figure out what pitch they were and it turns out it's pipe thread. Just never thought it would be since it's straight and not tapered

Was a little too tight for hose clamps so I used safety wire.
Tnt manifold is on and I'm ready to pressure test as soon as my carb block off plates get here. I want to make sure I don't have a exhaust gasket leak.

I'm sure the flange on the back of the oem pump where the reduction nozzle bolts up is thicker than this stainless pump

It didn't change colors because I drilled it out. I had to grind the front piece down thinner and it got hot. The front piece usually pinches behind the bolt to the reduction nozzle and the back piece hangs on the long pump bolt. With a one piece pump i don't have that long bolt for it to hang...
I sent both of my new reduction nozzles off to be bored so for the time being in going to run a old nozzle that's already bored. The nozzle was cracked where the ears are but @Yami-Rider welded it up for me. Now I have to align my pump again.

I had a 661 but broke it on a failed roll. Now I've had a Suomy MR Jump for about a year and I think the quality is much better. All pads are removable too
