I think because for now its a personal project he did not want to invest into a new casting mold for a small supercharger while the idea is still a prototype, so hes using a casting mold that he has. pretty sure 60mm is SeaDoo?
I had this happen a very long time ago, I ended up just tapping the hole to 5/16 fine thread. Clearance with slots on the stator a bit more. Engine is still in use this way years later by my father. Not the best option but will get you by
I have had good luck with ADR 10 mil cranks. And I absolutely run the piss out of Jetmaniac rebuilt cranks and haven't had one failure.

I recommend Infused, Strength is unmatched compared to bagged. Sizeable difference in weight also. Bagged hulls are gonna be #100 + to be able to withstand what a #80 infused hull can. Best bet is let Josh make the decision. He is very unbiased and will be 100% honest on what will work best for you.
Thanks to @Harbor I have a new weekend ski rig/commuter. Deals happen when your stuck in a truck for 9 hours together going to World Finals!

I have a skat 7/12 I came across on eBay brand new. I checked skats chart as I was in the fence about the combination also. I will be trying it behind a 701 with bolt-ons
