    Acceptable driveline runout

I have noticed many shafts from various manufactures have crazy run-out. I do not think it is acceptable to have any at the rpm's we are turning. My H20 shaft looked to have very minimal runout although I didnt mic' it. The few Maxx/Skat/Thrust shafts I have worked with had too much for comfort.

    Other Polaris Rzr's

I have a 2012 Can-Am Commander. Love it. Goes anywhere Rzr's go snow, dirt, rocks, sand. Plenty of ground clearance. Fox Shocks keep it floating through whoop sections. Actually noticed it exceeds the limits of the Rzr's in snow due to the UHMW under belly. But still has utility dump bed for...

I just put water in my truck's gas tank advice needed

Gonna have to drop the tank, unfortunately even if you could bypass the fuel pump, the computer won't let it pump for more than 5 secs without engine running. This is why I wish toyota would put a damn serviceable filter somewhere outside of the tank Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Those R&D seals are a pain but they seal great! Have you tried an oem equivalent seal? They seem to squish a lot more.

xscream HOLES IN HULL. repair advice needed

I've noticed a lot of people don't realize that their case bolts came from gp's which had a dampener in the center 4 bolts, those bolts have a raised shoulder that make it stick out 1/2" farther than the outer bolts. This is bad especially with soft oem mounts. Motor can decompress the mounts on...

    Freestyle Fuel Starvation

O boy nothing like 38's on a performance engine. I'd immediately do a compression check and post the numbers, if you requested pump gas compression from the builder your going to have pump gas numbers no questions asked Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Freestyle Fuel Starvation

Hmm so your saying you have a slave 46mm carb set? That's new to me. I would recommend feeding each carb separately. You needle and seat seems right on as long as you running in the low 20's for popoff Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Freestyle Fuel Starvation

Sounds like you need to run individual fuel lines to each carb What needle and seat are you running along with popoff pressure? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Freestyle ET 967 Setup?

No it was not lol, you see when you try to stuff larger sleeves in cases designed for 701/760 displacement. You have to make room for them, what your seeing is epoxy. But it was not damaged at one time, it was added as a strengthener/filler material so that Art could hog the cases out for proper...

    Freestyle water on power valves

It could possibly, unlikely unless the chamber is cracked. Being that it is new, I would assume it doesnt leak. Check your manifold gasket. Are you noticing any signs of water intrusion on the spark plugs?

    Freestyle water on power valves

Was the PF chamber you installed new or used, and has it been ran since replacing the chamber? Many engines scavenge unburnt fuel from the exhaust, If you have a cracked powerfactor, or leaking manifold gasket you could very well be having it scavenge water back into the engine let alone the...
