Hull, pole and steering with JD 155 alum shoe. Finished fall 22' pieced together with a couple plugs I had and layed over with glass inside and out. Heavier hull at 110# a pretty rough paint job rating it at a 20 foot good. $3500.00 ish. Priced cheap and I can negotiate adding parts on the sale...
Seems the difference between broke, broken and broke-in are similar but not the same at all.
Believe half of what you see an nothing of what you hear.

I googled for a while and couldn't find anything too useful other than the guy on x with a dasa triple. Thanks for the tips guys. The heat and time soak is probably the tip I was looking for. Time to port this guy out and send to a pro for boring.

Finally. ... Got her with some luck and cleaned up the sleeve bore. She didn't slide right in but the one I didn't need to replace wanted to fall right out as I was tapping new one in. Time to clean the stoneware before the wife knows. Haha [emoji38][emoji23][emoji38]

Never done it but here I go. 300°f now kicked it up to 350. Beating the old one out. Not sliding in and out. Hmmm am I doing it right?
