You may come out better selling the SXi whole rather than gutting it, and using a Yamaha setup to build off of. Can even buy a Yamaha couch as a donor and be well on your way without spending too much.

Not a video but... This summer, local lady somehow pinned the throttle and launched her 2013 VX-R off the trailer, into the bed, over the cab and landed way out in front of the truck! Hull is completely smashed, we are getting the ski to part out. Will post hull pics when we pick it up :)...
