Just like I said in the other thread. Batteries plus can build that. They also use a spot welder and make a higher quality pack other than soldering everywhere.

you could take that to any Batteries Plus Bulbs store and they could rebuild that. they have the cells, the spot welder, and soldering to do it all in house.
