Thanks, I'm not sure how the police will feel about them but I normally ride from base so they really cant do much more unless they stop me in the water. All three of my skis reg numbers are displayed but all incorrectly in someway lol. Size is wrong, and reg sticker is hidden underneath poles.
Anybody have sj pole length recommendations? I was at 39" from pole bolt to bars. I'm at 40" right now, shortest I can go without cutting tubes.

Went with a stock pole spring for now. Was a breeze to instal. Pole is pretty weighless but not as weightless as the blowsion spring was on the stock pole.

let us know if you find someone to insure it! There's a thread on it but nothing solid. I had WAKEZONE for mine but then sold skis and got new ones and they wouldn't let me switch them.
One more attempt with this spring modified it a little still here
Anybody have an oem pole spring they want to send me?

Thinking if we heat it up and bend it back (less tension) it might line up ok. I can get it in now but as soon as you lift pole up it will pop out.

Auto zone and Walmart carry yxt9 gel that might be the same as deka with a different sticker. I've had good luck with them in the past.

oem 44's came with that pulse line 90 on the rear carb.
As far as routing it looks like how @cookn said. They probably only had one tank pick up so only feed the front carb. X2 on doing each feed individually, and T the returns together.
Im a little late to the party but Pulse lines should be as short as you can make them and equal lengths. Also @Jyzmbe is right for water lines. Ive always ran bpipes this way:
Xscream has their own water routing, dont have a diagram, but heres a photo: head to a t- one way to bypass, one to...
