Actually I usually do Crawfish but they are way out of season and I cant get them here in Atlanta this time of year...... For shrimp I use both fresh and frozen. But with me doing these on Track weekends usually way out of state I get frozen or even freeze the fresh...Usually Headless Frozen...
Just a FYI For the Friday night Boil I have about 20 Gallons (4 Pots) of Spuds, Corn, Peppers, and Sausage.. I usually put raw un peeled shrimp in as well but after hitting 2 Stores here all I can find is peeled and peeled/already cooked /boiled which you DONT want to use.... If anyone wants to...
