if you are just looking for a better Jaz Tank fuel cap assembly, and are ok installing some of the billet 90 degree fittings into the tank, you can buy a Pro Werks c73 fuel cap assembly for your jaz tank. I hated the stock cap, so I bought one of the Pro Werks assemblies and it is real nice...

That is what I did, and I think wrighteous did the same. I took some yoga block material, and cut it out so it fit perfectly under the front outlet of the exhaust tube.

I have some extras you can have if you need them. I remember trying to drill a few out without a vice and with only a hand drill....that was violent!

For an out of the box prop, I think most people would recommend a 9/17 or 10/18. I am running a Bored 650, with lightened flywheel, mikuni 44, and a coffmans 750 SS pipe/waterbox and am using a 9/17 as my prop......and the thing rips. Most people think I have a 750 in it.

Im rocking a Kona Honzo AL/DL and for a hardtail, it rips up the trails. But I'll probably build or buy a full suspension bike this year.....because im pretty sure I decided not to build another jetski anytime soon.
