Finally finished a pub table for a buddy.

With a light you can see down there without even taking the coupler cover off. But yeah, a pain to work on those things.

Check the rear seals, they're known to come out and cause leaks. Also get rid of the choke and put a primer on to fix the hard start issues.

I only use ratchet type, done with the cambuckle tyoe that loosen. 2 stainless dedicated for rear of the skis. 4 bolt-on retractable on my util trailer. 6 nicer ones for misc moving, etc. 2 10' in the vehicle at all times. And a bag of old bent up rusty (old ski ones) ones for loan out.

Does your camera cause any interference with the radio reception? I bought one the end of last year and plug into the cig lighter causes static, annoying as crap. Haven't hard wired yet but doubting it will fix anything g.

Love the setup citizen. One thing I'd recommend is investing in a pwc lift sling. If those strap hooks slip the ski is going down hard. I've never had luck running our stand ups (2; 1 on front and other between seats) in the front of my parents pontoon. Too much weight up front and navigating...

Just leave your vest and lanyard with the ski. Who are you to deny anyone the fun of going for a rip? On a serious note, I'll leave mine like that almost anytime if I'm relatively close by or not gone for too long.

I've used a metal saw blade to fix hacked up threads on a budget to remove burs, etc. Best tool would be a metric rethread file that comes in some T&D sets.

Without much research it seems you'd be hard pressed to find a new trailer that meets your criteria. They all seem big enough to hold the biggest 4stroke 3 seater these days. You will probably have to find an used, older trailer. One of the smallest mass produced I can think of is 90's Venture...

if you're gonna glass it back up then easiest route would just use construction spray foam (I believe LockTite has a newer product that better than the Great Stuff) to fill hole and sand down flat and lay a couple layers of glass. You can get A/B foam but for the little volume its probably not...
