Yep a brain swap fixed my problem. However I have sent all my TL stuff off right now to have tested. Including that brain. Maybe we can get idea as to what was going on.

On a different note. If you live where it gets cold, make sure your hose routing allows for water to drain out of your head pipe completely. I am running in the bottom and out the top. But it trapped water in the head pipe. I always brapp out my motors when I get out of the water but...

I would say thats a little high for 93. Are you sure your gauge is right. I dropped mine the other day and screwed it up. I tested it against a known good gauge, the broke one was 25 psi high. Do you know what size domes you are running?

The old one worked fine until I hooked up the battery terminals back wards. And messed it up. It will still spark and seems to work on a test bench. But when it's installed it won't so much as make the motor pop or cough. Just got the new one in and rode yesterday. Man this thing revs...
