@lakerat342 had a mold that he made for chan ride plates also. He made me two for mine and they were real good quality. I don't know if he still has it or will make them, but figured I would throw it out there.

Ive used paint on multiple engines now. Clean well and use primer first. No problems at all after that. Held up just fine.
